I wish we could get pizza like this in Pittsburgh. It ain't a real Italian pizza unless it burned! Ymmmmm. Did you by chance get the recipe? The pizza looks quite puffy. I'm curious as to what kind of yeast they use. (I imagine that European "00" flour makes a difference.)
