Denise,
These are excellent portraits and show a real synergy between photographer and subject.
I like the middle two the best. I think the edge goes to DEE3 because of the little, wry smile and the way the shadows work. Good work Sean and Denise and good luck on your book.

Hi Dee, I just looked at these pictures and was like thinknig that it showed so much warmth, life and hope alongwith perseverance.. :) .. the kind of person I would like to know cos I'm a writer myself.. :) ..
