Shangri-La

Shangri-La is not for everyone.  I've heard people saying it's not worth it traveling 1 day to get there, 1 day to come back, mainly to see a national park of trees and water.  I selected this itinerary thinking that since I was going in that direction, might as well spend 3 more days to see Shangri-La. It's far, for it's already at the border of Tibet.

If you ask me, I prefer Shangri-La to the city of Lijiang.
