Kunming is the capital of Yunnan, also the city my group started the journey, but the only part of Kunming we saw was the distance from the airport to the hotel, as the points of interest we visited were not inside the city area.  This first day was the longest day of the whole trip.  We explored the Stone Forest in the morning and the most tiring Jiuxiang Karst Cave in the afternoon.  The jet lag just made walking up and down on the slippery ground even tougher.
