The New Schleissheim Palace (Neues Schloss Schleißheim) is located near Munich in Bavaria, Germany.
It was commissioned by Elector Max Emanuel and built between 1701 and 1726.
Designed as a Baroque residence by architect Henrico Zuccalli (starting 1701) and later continued by Joseph Effner (from 1715/1719).
It served as an intended, yet ultimately unused, imperial residence. (Wikipedia)
