The unique spiral spire on top of the Church of Our Saviour in Copenhagen is a famous Baroque feature designed by Lauritz de Thurah, completed in 1752.
It is 90 meters tall and features an external staircase that winds counterclockwise around it, offering dramatic views of the city after climbing 400 steps.
The spire is topped with a gilded globe and a statue of Christ carrying a banner.
