Abu Dhabi

I was in Abu Dhabi for half a day, mainly to see the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. I haven't seen the world's largest mosque in Mecca, but to me, this grand mosque in Abu Dhabi is more than impressive. It's different from the other mosques I have seen, perhaps because this one has so many domes. The architectural design is striking, all white, against the perfect blue sky, making the whole site look solemn, breathtaking, inspiring, also fascinating.

Picture perfect, the mosque is truly 'grand', I particularly enjoy 12, 14 and 15, there is so much depth and pattern repetition in these images, so interesting to look at. Thank you.
