This nest had 3 eggs and all three hatched which is quite rare. In the same area fish and wildlife conservation officers found two abandant babies and put them in the same nest. Mom raised all 5 which are now ready to fledge any day. Amazing!

Thanks for posting this series , I find them all to be excellent, just being able to see this scene and then capturing it is fantastic. Some of us would never see this if a photographer such as you did not see it first and captured it. Vote
