Geezers Coffee Shop

After getting my car serviced last week, I drove 15 minutes out of my way to go to a "gourmet" coffee house, ugh.... I know its just the location so I won't be going back there. So after a few errands I ended up at Geezer's (Jen found the place awhile back) and spend about an hour talking to "Mike" the owner discussing his plans for the future to bring the place back to life. The building is one of the oldest in Jacobus. Coming soon, a wine area, an art teacher giving lessons, and a jazz player performing and also giving lessons. I will be going back soon! Had the best latte, a bowl of tomato basil soup (with a kick) and a piece of grilled black olive bread. Good luck, Mike!

their eyes light up as they talk of plans and dreams.
This is a great posting.
