I'm aware that many of these folks are doing the quiet hard work of their jobs and are under our cynical scrutiny due the exposure of some really bad apples. But, I digress, back to your image - this crop is fantastic in its resolution, composition and warm romantic classical lighting. It would make a beautiful large oil painting.
