Queen Anne's Lace
These flowers are so pretty and intricate. I didn't even notice the little ants till I loaded the photos onto my computer because the sun was so bright on my led screen. Sometimes you get nice surprises when that happens!

I learned something new today. These are the tracks of a leaf mining insect, which eats its way through the middle layers of a leaf, leaving the tracks behind.

Leave Me Alone!
As I was desperately looking around my back yard this evening, trying to snap a PaD before the light ran out and a thunderstorm arrived, I saw this little guy in the weeds. Perfect! As you can see, he was a little unhappy about posing.
