Five months of PaD finished! Woo Hoo!

Down the Drain
That is where I feel my creativity has gone lately. But I am rallying and catching up with the PaD. I don't know why it is so hard to find one thing worth photographing each day. I know it's a mindset, and I am going to try to get back into it.

Trio
This is one of the first pics of my grandkids together. Eliza was too little or someone was too sick to try to get all of them sitting in one place. Getting the three of them to look the same direction at the same time without knocking each other over, let alone smiling, was really hard. But it is something to work toward!

Z is for . . .
Zebra
I know this is very lame, but it is a fitting way to end the alphabet project, since the whole thing was exhausting and contrived. But the main goal was reached. Now I can go back to seeing photo opportunities without trying to make them "fit."

Y is for . . .
Yarn
I really don't have a lot of extra yarn around right now, which is good. Because then I have an excuse to buy more when I find something really nice!

X is for . . .
XM Radio
I love my XM radio. Especially the Spanish music channels. It is a great way to practice listening to Spanish and it makes me happy.

W is for . . .
Waiting
This was a short trip, and we came home today. Our boys came with us to the airport to see us off, and they wait till the last moment to leave. I took this picture from the upper level after we went through security. Our guys are sitting in the chairs waiting to wave Adios one more time. Hasta pronto!

V is for . . .
Volcano
Not a good picture, but this is the Masaya Volcano in Nicaragua, which is active. That is smoke coming from it. I have been to the crater, but today we were too busy to stop. So this will have to do.

U is for . . .
Underwater
This is Javier, my sponsored boy, swimming in our hotel pool. These boys are 19 to 20 years old. In some ways they are older than their peers in the United States, because they need to know how to survive, literally. In other ways, they are so naive, because they have not been spoiled by material things. They could spend hours playing in the pool and entertaining themselves, which is very refreshing to see.

T is for . . .
Treetops
Same title as the T day for last year, but this time I am looking up at palm trees. Nicaragua is beautiful in many ways, and the trees and flowers are just spectacular.
