This Ain't No Rolling Stone
These moss-covered rocks are down over the hill. When we were building the house, I tried in vain to convince our builder to haul some of them up so we could use them for landscaping. But the hill is really steep, and we would have had to winch them up somehow. At that point, it was too much trouble. I still think they are great and would look very rustic in the landscape. But I don't think they are going anywhere.

It's a Jungle Out There
We went to the Polaris Mall in Columbus this morning. We stood up above and watched this toddler play area for at least 20 minutes. Lots of running and climbing and sliding. That's right, get 'em tired out for the afternoon nap. (Again from my camera in my phone, so please excuse the quality).

UFOs?
We took a quick weekend trip to Easton in Columbus and ate at my favorite restaurant in the whole world, PF Chang's. It was a 1 1/2 hour wait unless you sat at the bar, which we were happy to do. I had no camera with me except for my phone, and it was realy crowded, so I snapped a quick (crappy) shot of the lights. I highly recommend the Chicken Lettuce Wraps and the Asian Pear Mojito.

4:15 Traffic Jam
This is a favorite pastime of the boys. They line up the cars in a row, and sometimes we even have a monster truck that jumps over them all.

In a Fog
This is how my brain feels on this yucky, rainy, foggy afternoon.

Watching the Clock
And time goes by, so slowly, when twins won't go to sleep.

You Can Call Me Bud
Everything is greening up around here. The title is a throwback to a Bill Cosby episode, when Rudie's little friend Kenny said, "You can call me Bud."

Daffodils in the Snow
The weather changes every ten minutes or so. It looked like a blizzard outside, and by the time I got out with the camera, the snow had almost stopped. Now I'm looking at blue sky and sunshine. But it's that transitional time of the year, so anything can happen.

My two favorite little dudes.

The Bunny Cake
My mom makes a bunny cake every Easter. It's her tradition. I made the mistake a couple of years ago of telling her that since the girls were grown up and everyone is watching their waistlines, maybe she should stop making the bunny cake. Well, the girls wouldn't hear of it, and I haven't heard the last of that one yet. Who am I to stand in the way of tradition?!

Ashes to Ashes
My son-in-law's dad passed away last week. He never got a chance to meet his grandsons, which is so sad. Today SIL made a little fire to burn some of his dad's old papers. The boys kept asking what was going on, and he told them about ashes to ashes and dust to dust. They didn't understand, but I think it was important that they were involved. The weather was nice for once, and it was a relaxing family time.
