VFW Post 1970 in West Nashville on Charlotte Pike. The club features live music on Friday nights. These pictures were made on June 22, 2007. The band was Next of Kin, one of Nashville's oldest still-active party bands ! Playing great classic songs from the 60's and 70's.

Hi:
I am trying to find a WW2 vet named Jim Groseclose. He was originally from Kingsport, TN. and was a pilot flying the wounded from Normandy to England. I have a newspaper magazine that my sister sent to me from England. On the front page is a picture of an American nurse, 2nd Lieut. Jerry Dishroon from Tulsa OK. The story is written by an English cameraman who flew with them to record their mission and is mostly about the nurse and the wounded soldiers. There is also a photo inside of the pilot Capt. Jim Groseclose.
I would like to contact either of them or their families and share this important part of their lives with them.
I hope that you can help me to trace either of them or lead me in the right direction to make a contact.
The British people were very grateful for the American help and support during this war.
