Young man carting rocks from (to?) a construction site near Hotel Milles des Collines in Kigali. It seems that rocks are being broken, moved, carted, or piled just about everywhere in the country. I don't know if the rocks are simply local geology or the results of prior warfare (i.e., mortar or artillery damage).
