A common sight at our clinics -- one child carrying a younger sibling. Usually, it's the mother who does the carrying, but there was still a significant number of kids doing this. In this case, it appears that both children are in relatively good health. However, this was too often not the case, and it appeared that the older child was the only caretaker for the younger (often ill) child.
