This is a photo of what I think was a resupply point for the coastal artillery at Fort Casey on Whidbey Island.
Fort Casey was part of the defense for Puget Sound built around 1900. The post served in one capacity or another till the 1970's.
This was taken from the Keystone to Port Orchard ferry in the mid to late 1980's.
