Yes, it was called "french elastic", and involved a series of more and more difficult moves at different heights. You were out if you stepped on the elastic and it touched the ground - we used to chant songs: 'in out in out, crossover...'. To think of the hours of fun we had with a piece of elastic - now it's all about playstations...
