Lost Creek, PA

This is Mickey's favorite dish.

I bake the fresh Tilapia filets in lemon-butter and top with Apricot Sauce.

Serve with hot steamed sticky rice (made in a rice cooker)

I bet it´s so sensational tasting and light. The sauce looks so rich on flavors and makes the rather plain tasting fish so elevated, combined with fluffy rice it is a feast in your mouth and for your senses! Great work, nice plate and deco! V.

Apricot sauce would push this over the top. Nicely done.

I like tilapia because it's not fishy tasting. This looks scrumptious and very healthy! Beautiful presentation!

Very good, Tilapia is the only fish my wife will cook in the house. No fishy odor.

Looks delicious Dave. Great presentation. Nothing like fresh steamed rice. Couldn't live without our rice cooker.
