This location is used by the local trash man as a collection point for the local rubbish.
A very large Waste Hauler will later take the entire load to the dump site.

This woman brought her own trash here, apparently to avoid paying the fee for trash pickup.

We pay by the year, so no issues with having stuff collected, but that's a nice catch. Hope she didn't spot you spying on her.
