I was looking for a picture of a Bivalve Fresnel (clamshell) lens when I stumbled upon your gallery, your pictures bring back fond memories. I live on Oahu, but Kauai may as well be a million miles away for all the effort, time and money it takes to visit there. Thank you so much for sharing.

I just returned and your photos will be my photo gallery as I usually forget to take photos since I am concentrating on driving, experiencing or just walking. Put Wailua River on your list of things to see and photograph next trip. :)

Nice pictures of a beautiful island. I visited there twice this year and took plenty of pictures with a Nikon D70. Hope to go to Maui next.
