The apartments and town houses keep going. Right here they are facing into a branch of Hen and
Chicken Bay called "Exile Bay", named in recognition of a group of French Canadians who were exiled
to this location in the 1830s. They had been arrested and deported with the compliance of the
British governmnet for anti-government protests at home. The next bay (and the local government
area here) is called "Canada Bay".
