I begin by walking east along Fitzwilliam St, parallel to the railway line which takes me past masses
of relatively new high rise apartment buildings. I have not spend much time in Parramatta for many
years now and so most of this I have never seen before. Whole neighbourhoods and business precincts
with which I had once been familiar have completely disappeared, replaced by a mix of high density
residental and light commercial zones.
