They're building a new shopping centre cum "cultural centre" in Katoomba. This crane towers over the
site like some stupendous stick insect looking for morsels of food.

I'm trying to imagine what that will be like. It'll probably be done by the time I'm next up there, so I'll have to drop in to take a look. Nice greyscale tones in this one; it really gives it an "industrial" feel that fits with the subject matter.

Great B&W contrasty picture David. Those things crop up all over the place. My wife often talks about a scene being a one or two crane view!
