On the very first leg of this journey, back in August of 2008 I can remember walking along the
promenade at northerly Palm Beach, astonished by the absurdly tall stepways serving local clifftop
houses. Curiously, at the other end of Sydney, down south here in Cronulla, I see the same thing
again. Up the top there it may be a fabulous residence but the climb would kill me before I got to
see it.
