Summer just HAD to arrive eventually and it did so today ... with a rush. Parts of the Sydney basin
hit nearly 40 degrees Celsius which is - for those few backward countries still using the Fahrenheit
scale :0) - 104 degrees, which is hot. Most complaining on these pages will now centre around the
temperatures being too HIGH. (I have to whine about something - it's no fun otherwise) Anyway this
is a handsome looking canna in my friend's front garden.
