We think that our aches may be due to the fact that we have been walking on hard, paved surfaces
for most of the day. Gerry spies a high rise hotel at our destination, Brighton Le Sands (out of
shot to the left). It looks a hell of a long way away. To make matters worse, our planned route
will not even take us there in a straight line. We potentially face another hour of walking. A
glance ot our maps tells us that Arncliffe Railway Station is perhaps 10 minutes away. We resolve
to head there.
