The track leading to South Head loops back on itself before circumventing HMAS Watson on its way to
The Gap Park atop the ocean facing cliffs. In so doing, it offers us a parting view up the harbour.
In truth that part of the Walking Coastal Sydney route, which constituted the harbour tour, is
over. Now our journey will take us south along the Sydney seaboard.
