I have spent last night, this morning, this afternoon and evening covering the Blackheath Choral
Festival for the organising committee. It will go on through tomorrow as well. I have hardly had
time to even CONSIDER shooting anything else and so I thought I'd throw in something from the
coverage. This is a shot of the Sydney Trade Union Choir in action. The trouble is that I am not
permitted to use flash and most of the choirs have asked for the stage lights to be dimmed.
Consequently I sit with my lens wide open on a tripod, struggling with anything between 1/10 sec
and 1/60 sec of available light. If THAT is not enough to contend with they give me RED to control.
It's a hard life folks.
