At some point in the late seventies (or perhaps early eighties) we got a call from our friend Danny Kahen in San Francisco to tell us that he had seen my (David's) picture in his text book. I believe he was taking classes at San Francisco State, and I think and the text book was for a 'Health and Hygene' course that was required of all students in the state system to graduate. I tracked down a copy and made a Xerox copy which I still have. It was rather early in copy technology, perhaps you remember the thin shiney copy paper that was used.
