Puente de la Mujer (The Bridge of Women)
These five nightime photos are of Puerto Madero, the obsolete old harbor that runs from the downtown area up to the San Telmo neighborhood where our apartment is located.
That night we had expected to attend a small, free chamber music concert.
We were excited to go since it was being held in a classic building in the center of town called the Centro Naval:

The actual music was presented by a small venue a few blocks from us called La Scala de San Telmo where we have attended many programs.
However thay wouldn't let us into Centro Naval because we weren't dressed properly, meaning that we weren't wearing jackets and ties and my shoes wouldn't possibly 'do'.
We would have been welcome at the Metropolian Opera, but the Centro Naval booted us out.
So we walked down the hill to the old waterfront which is now an upscale attraction and took these pictures on the way home.

I´ve just checked out who built this bridge because I had the idea that it was who in fact built it.
The controversial architect Santiago Calatrava.
