We saw this 'ship', several stories tall, being constructed in the Plaza de Mayo. It turned out to be a giant parade float with people waving from the deck, perhaps as a tribute to the imigrant population. That's someone hanging up there, waving, on the 'sail'. We were amazed when the whole thing began to move and disappeared around the corner!
