12 - 24 Sigma tests

Test shots with new 12-24mm Sigma..

All pictures have been taken in NEF, with sharpening turned off, then a 66%/5%/0 threshhold USM applied in Nikon Capture. This gives a fairly hefty sharpening, good for seeing what you can get out of a lens.

First impressions - unless you stop down to F11 or lower, it gets quite soft outside the centre. Not anything like as sharp as the 18-70 kit lens. It seems to have a warming cast. Fun to be back to a 20mm equivalent again though.

Forgive the ugly subject - they were for a job - we replaced the building with a CG development..
