These are fantastic pictures! I am huge fan of Route 66. My husband and I take road trips frequently and we are always sure to incorporate Route 66 landmarks in our travels. Just this weekend we went to visit the Gemini Giant in Illinois.

Dave,
Thanks for your comment on my Route 66 Gallery. You take a much different approach to capturing the feeling, but it works for me.
You would enjoy some other parts of the journey, particulary in Ok and AZ and a few in Ill.

Very nice! I actually meant to get some Route 66 pictures today (ever heard of Lucille's in Weatherford, Oklahoma?) but ran out of time.
