The event was an off-roading class led by Tom Severin that was focused on hill-climbing and rock-crawling. It started off at Silverwood Lake south of Hesperia and ended up at Lake Arrowhead. This shot is the first hill, which seemed, at the time, a lot steeper than it appears here.
