This is at the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Old Quebec. Like any good cathedral, this one has multiple chapels in and around it. This chapel contains one of the few pieces saved from one of the earlier buildings that had burned down - the tabernacle.

Being a graduate of St. Joseph's University, I also noticed that on the left of this tabernacle is a statue of St. Ignatius Loyala, who founded the Jesuits (SJU is a Jesuit university). We discovered on the tour of the cathedral that there's actually a lot of Jesuit history in Quebec in general, and in this cathedral especially.
