Hey Dave,
The lighting and the image-quality of this pic are top.
Besides that, her broken nose in contrast with the red gloss on her lips, knowing that`s she`s a nun ,ok it`s a doll but anyway :-), makes this a very interesting image indeed.
Perfect balance between the visual and content as some critic probably would say :-)
