One of the biggest problems I have with doing a photo a day, at least I’ve convinced myself of this, is that I do not know the region where I now live. Before I could quickly get to certain locations with ease and exploit the available light. I honestly have little knowledge about where to find certain “scenes” or where to find wildlife.

I guess I will just have to stop being so damn lazy and just start exploring!

I had today off but spent it around the house for the most part taking care of chores and such. The weather had been sunny and the skies blue. By the time my wife came home, it had really clouded up. She took me for a drive as I had also had a few beers while doing stuff around the house.

She’s still new to the whole “photo safari” concept but seems eager to learn the ropes. We didn’t see anything super grand on today’s drive, but I did located some great scenery for another day and another light…
