Today was one of those perfect Sundays. We woke up to a crisp, windy yet sunny morning. After a morning walk before breakfast we enjoyed a lazy morning around the house. In the afternoon we visited family, took a boat ride, ate dinner at a pleasant country inn and then went on a haunted hayride with the kid. All in all, a perfect Fall day!

I snapped this photo from the boat. By this time of day the sun had been behind clouds for a while. Just as we were to finish our trip it suddenly appeared and lit the trees with fire. The person in the photo is actually taking a photo himself of the sunset behind me.
