Sunflower Seed Oil
1# Round Steak – cut into thin strips
2 Cloves of Garlic – minced
1 Onion – sliced
10oz Sugar Snap Peas
2 Tbspns Honey
2 Tspns Soy Sauce
2 Tbspns Oyster Sauce
3 Tspns Cracked Pepper Corns
Heat the wok until very hot, and then add 1 tbspn of oil, swirling to coat the sides. Cook the beef in batches until done, set aside.
Reheat the wok, add a little oil then cook the garlic, onion & snap peas until softened, then set aside.
Combine the honey, soy & oyster sauces and the pepper. Add to the wok and bring to a boil, and then reduce the heat to simmer for about 3 of 4 minutes. Once thickened, bring the heat back up and toss in the beef, garlic, peas and onion. Toss to coat well and cook for about 3 minutes or so.
Serve.
