Milk meets Milk - Milkshakes ....

Well, I suppose this is the logical consequence of my drop/splash experiments... Milk had to meet milk at some time ;-)


It was one of the most difficult, time consuming and interesting sequences I've done. I don't know whether it was the surface tension, the milk consistency,
or the food colouring I used in the milk, but the getting of these 6, anything but perfect images, took me all of nine hours.

BTW, I don't use any sound/photogate triggers for my high speed photography. Just my camera, a pipette or syringe, good eye/shutter finger coordination and
patience, patience, patience.....

i think that the camera's multi-picture/sec frame capability is amazing. i wish i had an awesome camera like that. anyone know the brand? ps. i'm really into photography so that's why i'm asking...
