Hiked from Monroe to Jackson, 12.3 miles with about 4200 ft of ascent elevation on a gorgeus day! Took some very long breaks to soak in the beautiful views. I loved this hike, all these peaks are so fun but I had never done them together like this so it was great to have my niece help with the car spot! We saw a family of Spruce Grouse near Jackson, so cute! Gridded out Pierce and Ike with this hike! Almost at 75% done now, things are going well on the grid! Perfect day in the White Mountains of NH!
