Forecast showed highs upper teens with wind chill 0 to 10 below and winds 30-40 mph on the higher summits but we went anyway -- need to get used to the cold. It was not that bad and felt warmer until we got to the summit but the views were there and the hike was great. Glad to get this one done while Jefferson Notch Rd is still open. I have a feeling the roads will be closed this week after the snow that's coming.
