Very vivid and funny facial and eye expression created by the mural artist and captured by the photographer. In a way, she looks more Chinese than French to me. What I like most is the subtle different shades of black on her outfit, with a lot of detailed work involved. Daniel, you successfully revealed it in your photo, not just a patch of solid black. The fine she received, is it a parking ticket? Funny that it looks so much like a U.S. Certified Mail Receipt (you can google it, but not the return receipt which is a green card that goes back to the sender). ~VVV~
