The effect of this mural masterpiece is staggering. I haven't been so moved by a painting. The artist's presentation is way above amazing. Without outlining the whole face, but the old sailor's frowning expression, deep set wrinkles, his tight lips... and most of all, those eyes gazing at the front, trying to keep his cool, thinking of how to embrace the next big wave. This face perfectly tells us the story of a sailor, whose life is full of ventures, struggles, uncertainty, isolation, and endless loneliness. Thank you very much, Daniel, for capturing and sharing this great piece of mural art with us. ~VVVVV~
