Thank you for the comments! Sorry about the lack of info regarding this statue. This is a photograph of the original "Lady Liberty" Statue which stood atop the Capitol dome from 1888 until the mid 1980's. She was replaced by a newer statue, which looks exactly the same, and she was subsequently restored and placed on display at the Bob Bullock Museum.
