Hi Greg.I'm Luca from Italy.First of all I would congratulate you for your spectacular photographies:you are a fantastic photographer!.
As for this shot I would know your opinion about the birds "captured":in fact I think there could be three species here.The bird on foreground is a western sandpiper (and so others on the back);just below,a little out of focus,there's a bird I'd judge a semipalmated sandpiper or a little stint (note the shortest and stockier bill);on the left there are three more birds:one,farther and unfocused,on the lower side,and two,closer and more focused,on the upper;of these two the one closer has a very short and tiny bill:couldn't it be a red-necked stint?
I would care very much to know your opinion.Thanks.
