When it comes to bird photography, I usually enjoy a challenge, it keeps things exciting. At the same time, it is quite nice when a bird makes it easy, as was the case with this Gray Hawk that we encountered in the Cano Negro wildlife refuge in Costa Rica last September. The hawk sat nicely in a tree on the side of the road and patiently allowed us to click away, right from our car!
