During a brief visit to Archbishop Fiorenza Park this past Sunday I was entertained by a scene that could have been from the Amazon. A Neotropic Cormorant spent several minutes trying to swallow an armored catfish in the glow of a magnificent sunrise. It is my understanding that Plecostomus are invasive but I have to say they are REALLY neat looking and I was thrilled to catch a silhouette that really shows off the shape of this exotic fish.
