Glaucidium brasilianum

This Ferruginous Pygmy Owl was from our recent Pantanal trip. It is a bird I have seen in several countries including the USA but I still get excited whenever I see or hear one. This one was getting harassed by some of the small birds in the area which made it a little easier to find.
